We recommend purchasing with PayPal in case you need to process a style or size exchange. If you’re eligible, PayPal will cover your return postage up to a certain amount through their Refunded Returns service. This may not be available to all countries and is offered by PayPal, not Thankful Swimwear. Find out more & check your eligibility here.

Note: Due to COVID-19, orders may take 2 weeks longer than usual. Unfortunately, we cannot accurately predict how long these delays will be, but we will do all the we can to keep you in the loop.
Orders sent to destinations outside of Australia may incur additional tax and/or customs charges when they arrive. Please check any taxes or import fees you may be liable for before ordering.

Pre-orders
If your swimsuit is on pre-order, it will be dispatched once it becomes available. For our first collection, we estimate that your pieces will be available mid-December 2021. If your order contains multiple items with one or more pre-orders, these will be sent together once the pre-order item(s) are ready for dispatch.

Handling & dispatch
It takes 1-3 business days for us to lovingly pack your orders and prepare for dispatch. All orders are packaged in a compostable bag and sent from our HQ (home) in Melbourne, Australia via Australia Post or Sendle.
*Unfortunately Thankful Swimwear will not be responsible for any items lost or missing through Australia Post, however, we will do everything we can to locate your items!
